Using Sunspot Log
Sunspot Log is a free tool for checking UV levels and keeping track of your time in the sun. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Not medical advice
Burn-time, UV and sun-exposure figures are estimates for general guidance only. They are not medical advice and can’t account for your personal circumstances, medication, or conditions. Use sunscreen, shade and your own judgement, and talk to a doctor about skin health concerns.
Accuracy and availability
Weather and UV data come from third-party services and may be late, incomplete or wrong. We try to keep Sunspot Log running, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop it at any time.
Your responsibilities
Please use Sunspot Log lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, overload it, or access it in ways it isn’t meant to be accessed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sunspot Log is provided “as is” and we aren’t liable for sunburn, injury or loss resulting from relying on it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be excluded.
Privacy and changes
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Sunspot Log means you accept the changes.
